PH curling team hopes to inspire Filipinos with Asian Winter Games golden breakthrough <br /><br />The Philippine Men’s Curling Team clinched a historic gold in the 9th Asian Winter Games after besting out Asia’s powerhouse South Korea, Japan, and China.<br /><br />As ironic as it sounds as the Philippines is a tropical country yet managed to flourish in the ice stage, curler Alan Frei shared that this win is all for the Filipino dreamers and a reminder to do what is impossible.<br /><br />“We believe we can inspire young Filipinos and Filipinas to pursue their dreams.
