The Semi-Finals of the National Panorama Competition were underway at Queen's Park Savannah on Sunday. <br /><br /><br />It will determine which Medium and Large Bands, will be beating out their tunes on Carnival Saturday. <br /><br /><br />TV6 visited the Savannah earlier, and our Reporter Alicia Boucher brings you the highlights.
