Caricom leaders on Thursday begin their first day of deliberations as they meet in Barbados for their 48th regular summit. <br /><br />The meeting began officially Wednesday evening with a regional leader who has returned to office, apparently intending to shake things up. <br /><br />From Bridgetown, Peter Richards has the details.
