Gavin Nicholls, 44, was apprehended by an undercover police officer while attempting to flee a supermarket he had just robbed—using an electric scooter as his getaway vehicle. The entire moment was captured on the store’s CCTV cameras.<br /><br />Already wanted by London authorities for multiple thefts in the area, Nicholls admitted to the supermarket robbery in Willesden Magistrates' Court, along with five additional charges.<br /><br />As a result, he was sentenced to 20 weeks in prison, according to BBC reports.
