Uttarakhand CAG report: Funds for reviving forest used for personal luxury?

A Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) report has revealed that funds allocated for compensatory afforestation in Uttarakhand were used for unauthorised expenses such as buying iPhones, laptops, refrigerators and legal fees.
