But I do think that the existence of such a registry can cause illegal immigration to be lower, especially if they know it will be used to deport illegals. Maybe I’m missing something, but I just don’t understand exactly how this is a game changer. Presiden Trump has already made clear that illegals will be deported and I think that’s the real game changer.
