EU Stresses 'Submarine Cable Diplomacy' for Taiwan

The European Union is urging more cooperation with international partners to protect submarine cables, using "submarine cable diplomacy" as a way to jump start efforts. This comes after several of Taiwan's undersea cables were severed.
