Terrifying high-wind rescue: Window washers trapped on NYC skyscraper

High winds whipped a skyscraper scaffolding out of control in NYC, trapping two window washers. Firefighters rescued them from the 78th floor. Shards of glass rained down, but both workers suffered only minor injuries.
