Founded in 2021 by the groundbreaking French baroque violinist, Salomé Rateau and the ‘brilliant young’ (The Spectator) conductor and harpsichordist Jack Gonzalez – Harding, Ensemble l’Eveil puts the audience at the heart of their music making. They invite you to pilgrimage and discover with them, through the re-discovery of music from the 18th century performed on period instruments. Their programme includes gems of the Baroque catalogue by Johann Bach and Georg Phillipp Telemann, amongst others.
