Former Philippine President Duterte Arrested on International Criminal Court Warrant

MANILA, Philippines — Former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte was arrested Tuesday on a warrant from the International Criminal Court accusing him of crimes against humanity, the Philippine government said.
