The captain of the Solong cargo ship who was arrested after crashing into an oil tanker in the North Sea off the coast of East Yorkshire is a Russian national, according to the ship's owner. <br /> <br />Police have opened a criminal investigation into the crash and arrested a 59-year-old man on suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter. <br /> <br />One man is missing, presumed dead, following the incident. <br /> Report by Kennedyl.
