Rochester, MN – Downtown Rochester has a new spark of creativity, thanks to the opening of Ark the Agency, a strategy first brand strategy and design firm that also offers a unique space for local photographers and filmmakers. Located on the sixth floor of 206 South Broadway, Ark is the brainchild of Bryan Rodriguez, a seasoned photographer, filmmaker, and branding expert, who recently welcomed local real estate agent LeighAnn Peltoma for an exclusive tour.<br /><br />After five years of working from his basement, Bryan decided it was time for a dedicated space, driven by a growing film project requiring a studio set. "Working from home with five kids was challenging," Bryan explained, "I needed a space to house my equipment and foster creativity."
