Cagayan State inaugurates first food quality and safety lab<br /><br />The Cagayan State University inaugurates the first-ever Food Quality and Safety Laboratory through the support of the Department of Science and Technology-Philippine Council for Industry, Energy, and Emerging Technology Research and Development at the CSU-Andrews Campus, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan on March 14, 2025. Present were DOST-PCHRD Executive Director Enrico Paringit; Dr. Junel Guzman, vice president for Research, Development and Extension and project leader and Raquel Santos, senior science research specialist for DOST Region 2, representing Regional Director Virginia Bilgera. CSU Chaplain and Consultant and The Manila Times columnist Fr.
