Pentagon Plans To Halt Expansion of U.S. Forces in Japan

U.S. media reports say the Pentagon will scale back a planned expansion of U.S. forces in Japan to save over US$1 billion. The plan proposed by the Biden administration last year is being reexamined by President Donald Trump's administration.
