A speeding dumper truck lost control due to brake failure near Lachhiwala Toll Plaza on Monday morning, resulting in a fatal crash that claimed two lives. The out-of-control truck collided with three vehicles before crashing into a toll plaza pole. <br /><br />The incident, captured on CCTV, shows the dumper (UK 18 CA 6636) ramming into a car (UK 07 AF 2506), leaving both occupants dead on the spot. The deceased have been identified as Ratanmani Uniyal (Indraprasth Enclave, Dehradun) and a man carrying an ID card named Pankaj Kumar, son of Kishori Lal Pawar. <br /><br />Police arrived at the scene, extracted the bodies, and sent them to the morgue. The dumper driver has been detained, and an investigation is underway.
