Philippines Spots Chinese Warship Near Scarborough Shoal in South China Sea

Philippines Coast Guard says it spotted one Chinese warship and five Coast Guard vessels near the disputed Scarborough Shoal on Monday. The vessels were spotted near Manila's Exclusive Economic Zone in the South China Sea.
