The Opposition Leader is proposing a Commission be established to deal with the issue of foreign exchange in this country.<br /><br />This, as the new Prime Minister met with the leadership of the Central Bank as well as representatives of the Banking Association on Tuesday, as he expressed a specific concern about the impact the foreign exchange issue is having on individual banking customers.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.<br />
