Tesla is expanding into Saudi Arabia, according to Barron's. The company plans to host a launch event in April, signaling growth opportunities in the Middle East. The move comes after Saudi-backed funds tried to buy Tesla in 2018. CEO Elon Musk's infamous "funding secured" tweet led to a $40 million settlement with the SEC. Tesla’s valuation has soared from around $60 billion in 2018 to approximately $850 billion today.
