Prime Minister Stuart Young is promising to ease forex constraints and sees the potential for dry docking services as one means of achieving this.<br /><br />He replied to concerns raised by Sonja Voisin, President of the Shipping Association of Trinidad and Tobago, on Friday at its Annual General Meeting.<br />
