Made with readily available low cost ingredients. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #NewTalent <br />Lobia Sandwich <br />Recipes in English: <br /><br />Ingredients: <br />-Boiling water as required <br />-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 4 medium <br />-Cooking oil 2 tbs <br />-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 cloves <br />-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste <br />-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ¼ tsp <br />-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste <br />-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp <br />-Mixed herbs 1 tsp <br />-Tomato ketchup 3 tbs <br />-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tsp <br />-Soy sauce 1 tsp <br />-Lal lobia (Red kidney beans) boiled 1 Cup <br />-Dahi (Yogurt) hung 1 Cup <br />-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) to taste <br />-Namak (Salt) to taste <br />-Sandwich bread as required <br /> <br /> Directions: <br />-Make cuts on tomatoes,add in boiling water & blanch for 3-4 minutes. <br />-Take out tomatoes from water & remove skin. <br />-In blender jug,add blanched tomatoes,blend to make puree & set aside. <br />-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well. <br />-Add pureed tomatoes & mix well. <br />-Add red chilli powder,red chilli crushed,salt,black pepper powder,mixed herbs,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes. <br />-Add tomato ketchup,vinegar,soy sauce & mix well. <br />-Add red kidney beans & mix well. <br />-Now mash coarsely with the help of masher & set aside. <br />-In a bowl,add hung yogurt,add black pepper powder,salt & whisk well. <br />-On one bread slice,add & spread prepared yogurt & red beans mixture on 2nd bread slice. <br />-Place bread slice on another to make a sandwich & grill from both sides on a grill pan (makes 4). <br />-Cut into slices & serve prepared yogurt! <br /><br />Recipe in Urdu: <br /><br />Ajza: <br />-Boiling water as required <br />-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 4 medium <br />-Cooking oil 2 tbs <br />-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 cloves <br />-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste <br />-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ¼ tsp <br />-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste <br />-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp <br />-Mixed herbs 1 tsp <br />-Tomato ketchup 3 tbs <br />-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tsp <br />-Soy sauce 1 tsp <br />-Lal lobia (Red kidney beans) boiled 1 Cup <br />-Dahi (Yogurt) hung 1 Cup <br />-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) to taste <br />-Namak (Salt) to taste <br />-Sandwich bread as required <br />
