Enjoy and #HappyCookingToYou. <br /><br />Ingredients: <br />-Oil 1 tbs <br />-Bhindi (Okra) ½ kg <br />-Oil 2-3 tbs <br />-Pyaz (Onion) Sliced 2 <br />-Lehsan (Garlic) Chopped 1 tbs <br />-Hari mirch paste (Green chilies paste) 2 tbs <br />-Tamatar (Tomatoes) Chopped 2-3 <br />-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste <br />-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp <br />-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tsp <br />-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp <br />-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste <br />-Sabut lal mirch (Button red chilies) Crushed 3-4 <br />-Lemon juice 1-2 tbs <br />-Qasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) ¼ tsp (optional) <br />-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 2-3 <br />-Podina (Mint leaves) <br />-Hara dhania (Green coriander) <br /><br />Directions: <br />-In pot,add oil,okra and fry for 4-5 minutes and set aside. <br />-In pot,add oil and onion,fry until translucent. <br />-Add garlic and green chili paste,mix well. <br />-Add tomatoes,salt,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,red chili powder,button red chilies and mix well until tomatoes are soft. <br />-Add stir fried okra and mix well. <br />-Add lemon juice,dried fenugreek leaves,green chilies,mint leaves,green coriander and serve.
