This smoky Malai Tikka Biryani is a flavor explosion like never before! #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #DigitalAmmi #BlueBand <br />Serves 6-8 <br />Recipe in English: <br /><br />Ingredients: <br />-Chicken mix boti 1 kg <br />-Cream ½ Cup <br />-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 2 tbs <br />-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp <br />-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp <br />-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp <br />-Chicken powder 2 tsp <br />-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs <br />-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 1 tbs <br />-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp <br />-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste <br />-Lemon juice 2 tbs <br />-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs <br />-Cooking oil ½ tbs <br />-Blue band margarine 2 tbs <br />-Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) chopped 2 tbs <br />-Cooking oil 2 tbs <br />-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke <br />-Cooking oil <br />-Pyaz (Onion) fried 1 Cup <br />-Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 1 Cup <br />-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 5-6 <br />-Lemon slices 5-6 <br />-Aloo bukhara (Dried plums) 6-7 <br />-Podina (Mint leaves) handful <br />-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful <br />-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp <br />-Biryani masala 1 tbs <br />-Cooking oil ¼ Cup <br />-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1 <br />-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4 <br />-Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 1 <br />-Laung (Clove) 3-4 <br />-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2-3 <br />-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tbs <br />-Kary patta (Curry leaves) 10-15 <br />-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 2 & ½ tbs <br />-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs <br />-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium <br />-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup <br />-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp <br />-Khopra (Desiccated Coconut) 1 tbs <br />-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1/2 tbs <br />-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp <br />-Garam masala powder 1 tsp <br />-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste <br />-Lemon juice 1 tbs <br />-Chicken cube 1 <br />-Water 1/3 Cup or as required <br />-Chawal (Rice) basmati boiled until 3/4th done 700g (soaked for 1 hour) <br />-Blue band margarine 2-3 tbs <br />-Pyaz (Onion) fried <br /><br />Directions: <br />-In frying pan,add chicken,cream,green chilli paste,black pepper powder,coriander seeds,white pepper powder,chicken powder,cumin seeds,desiccated coconut,dried fenugreek leaves,lemon juice,fresh coriander,mix & coat well & set aside. <br />-In small frying pan,add cooking oil,margarine,ginger garlic & fry on medium flame until golden & add in marinated chicken,mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes. <br />-In marinated chicken,add cooking oil,turn on flame & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes,cover & cook for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates. <br />-Turn off the flame & give coal smoke for 2 minutes. <br />-In a bowl,add fried onion,tomatoes,green chillies,lemon slices,dried plums,mint leaves,fresh coriander,cumin seeds,biryani masala,mix well & set aside. <br />-In a cooking pot,add cooking oil,black cardamom,green cardamom,star anise,clove,cinnamon sticks, cumin seeds,curry leaves & mix well. <br />-Add green chillies,gi
