A lighthouse transformed into Captain's Birds Eye's 'home' - complete with a freezer full of fish fingers - is up for grabs in a competition. <br /><br />The famous fisherman's 'house' has been revealed as a 69 feet high structure off the coast of Norfolk.<br /><br />His coastal retreat is filled with personal touches that tell the story of his life at sea.<br /><br />Just beyond the entrance are his well-worn fisherman’s waterproofs, a ‘Gone Fishing’ sign nearby, and a surfboard leaning casually against the wall.<br /><br />And a hilarious video of the beloved Captain will further entice potential winners - as he reveals a freezer stuffed full of frozen treats.<br /><br />In the bedroom, his navy suit jackets and signature hats are neatly arranged, always ready for whatever the sea has in store.<br /><br />Mike Sowerby from Birds Eye, which is giving people a chance to stay at the lighthouse [www.birdseyelighthouse.co.uk], situated just a few miles down the coast from its Lowestoft fish finger factory, said: “Captain Birds Eye has been part of British family life for decades, and we’re thrilled to bring his world to life like never before.<br /><br />“The lighthouse is a true reflection of his adventurous spirit and love for the sea, and we can’t wait to welcome one lucky family to experience it for themselves.”
