Operatives of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) arrested at noon on Wednesday, April 2, a Russian-American internet content creator who was accused of harassing Filipinos at the Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in Taguig City. <br /><br />CIDG director Maj. Gen. Nicolas Torre III said 34-year old vlogger Vitaly Zdorovetskiy was collared at the Seaside Boulevard in Pasay City based on the mission order for undesirability from the Bureau of Immigration.
