Residents have left part of Birmingham looking like a "Mumbai rubbish mountain" after swarming a mobile bin collection in the city this morning (Thurs).<br /><br />Shocking photos show a huge 50ft (15m) mound of waste piled up on a community centre car park after locals began dumping their rubbish from 4am today.<br /><br />The mobile refuse collection service had been visiting the Tyseley area in an attempt to clear the backlog caused by the ongoing strikes.
