Kanlaon Eruption Triggers School Closures in Central Philippines

The eruption of Mt. Kanlaon in the central Philippines has forced nearby schools to cancel classes. The area around the volcano was already under evacuation orders since an eruption last December. No deaths or injuries have been reported.
