Petro Gazz nears All-Filipino title<br /><br />Petro Gazz closes in on its first PVL All-Filipino Conference title after holding off defending champion Creamline in Game One of the Finals, 25-17, 25-20, 18-25, 20-25, 15-10 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on April 8, 2025. Stumbling in the third and fourth sets, the Angels regained their mojo in the decider with MJ Phillips scoring three straight points to kickstart their fifth set attack and Aliza Maizo-Pontillas capping it with a block kill.
