THE demolition of a derelict site in Newton Abbot, Devon, is nearing its end.<br />Teignbridge District Council began demolishing the site at Bradley Lane in January.<br />Despite backlash from conservation groups, the council went ahead with the demolition.<br />As of April, bulldozers have cleared most of the site, which has been earmarked for housing.<br />Teignbridge District Council hope for a housing development of up to 100 homes to be built at the site.
