Swimmer Peter Cyrus Dean named Most Outstanding Athlete in Prisaa 2025<br /><br />Peter Cyrus Dean of Calabarzon racks up seven gold medals in the boys’ swimming event, receiving the Most Outstanding Athlete award in the 2025 PRISAA National Games at the Cagayan Sports Complex in Tuguegarao City.
