Julian Hutchison, 74, was kicked out of a recycling centre in Bude, Cornwall, for arriving on his bike to drop off litter.<br /><br />The regular litter picker, who uses his bike to transport waste, was told he could only access the centre in a vehicle.<br /><br />After filming the encounter and posting it online, the video garnered 60K views.<br /><br />Cornwall Council confirmed cyclists are allowed at recycling centres, and the booking system will be updated to allow bike bookings.<br /><br />Hutchison's video highlighted how public support led to a change in the rules, and he thanked Cornwall's community for helping resolve the issue.
