Emergency workers operate at site of missile strike in Sumy<br /><br />At least 21 people were killed and 83 others were wounded by a Russian ballistic missile strike in the heart of the northern Ukrainian city of Sumy on Sunday, April 13, morning, Ukraine's interior minister Ihor Klymenko said.<br /><br />Sumy's Regional Military Administration released video showing the immediate aftermath of the strike.
