Vehicle found in area of shooting of mayoralty candidate Kerwin Espinosa <br /><br />Col. Dionisio Apas Jr., Leyte Police Provincial Office (LPPO) director, reveals on April 15, 2025 that in their investigation a black Mitsubishi Montero was discovered in the area where Albuera mayoral candidate Kerwin Espinosa was shot, and that after the incident, the vehicle was moved to a compound where the seven persons of interest were found.
