The actress recently partnered with Merz Aesthetics to become the global ambassador for its Ultherapy Prime treatment, which she says got rid of her "turkey neck."<br /><br />“I will tell you, I had been very conservative, doing the same thing and very little for a very long time, which was just working with energy and frequency [devices]," she told People of her routine and use of treatments. "Nothing else, and I was doing really well."
