Political newcomers Elysa Chen, 41, and Cai Yinzhou, 35 will replace Defence Minister Ng Eng Hen and two-term MP Chong Kee Hiong in the PAP’s line-up for Bishan Toa Payoh GRC.<br /><br />Former journalist Elysa Chen is the executive director of social service agency CampusImpact, while social entrepreneur Cai Yinzhou is the executive director of the Chinatown Heritage Centre.<br />
