Putin announces 'Easter truce' in Ukraine conflict

Russian President Vladimir Putin announces an "Easter ceasefire" in Ukraine from 18:00 CEST on Saturday to midnight following Easter Sunday, speaking at a televised meeting with Russian Chief of General Staff Valery Gerasimov.
