Ranchi (Jharkhand) April 19, 2025: JMM Spokesperson Manoj Pandey criticized BJP MP Nishikant Dubey's statement on the Supreme Court, accusing the government of dictatorship. He questioned whether MPs believed they were more knowledgeable than judges and criticized the selective respect shown to the judiciary. Pandey urged the court to take action against Dubey, calling the situation unfortunate.On BJP MP Nishikant Dubey's statement on the Supreme Court, JMM Spokesperson Manoj Pandey said, "The dictatorship in the nation has reached such a level that now a member of parliament is challenging the court...Are these people more learned than the judges? Will they do anything in the darkness of the majority and will the courts stay silent?... When the courts give decisions in their favour, they say that the judiciary is the third pillar of democracy...The court should take action against him...This is very unfortunate..."
