Jesus Christ is ALIVE! Be encouraged by this short Easter message from Brother Chris:<br /><br />"On behalf of the God's Heart TV family, I want to extend a blessed Easter greetings to you all in Jesus’ name. Happy Easter! I also just have a short reflection on this Easter season. Because we're privileged to know the full story. We know that Jesus Christ was crucified, buried on that Friday, but then we also know what happened on Sunday - how He resurrected, how He rose again. We're privileged to know the entire story. But just for a moment right now, I want you to put yourself in the position of the disciples and followers of Jesus on Saturday. Just think for a moment what would be going through their minds, how they would be feeling on that Saturday. It seemed as if all hope was lost. Death had won. The soldiers stood guard. The tomb was closed. If you were to look at the situation in the natural, it was over. They were finished.<br /><br />"But we know that what looked like the end was only the beginning. While the disciples were busy thinking about Jesus crucified, thinking about His crucifixion, His death, little did they know that Someone was busy planning His resurrection. Why do I emphasise this point? Maybe you’re connected right now and you are in a ‘Saturday moment’. You've been serving God, seeking God, but in the natural, things have gone from bad to worse. Just like the disciples on that Saturday, maybe you're facing a situation right now that seems contrary to the promises of God for your life.<br /><br />"I want to encourage you - don't give up because Sunday is on the horizon. Don't lose hope. Sunday is just around the corner. Don't get desperate. Sunday is coming soon. As a child of God, you may face a situation where in the natural, it looks like the end of the story. But a new chapter is about to begin. You may be busy thinking about that stagnation. Someone is busy planning your promotion. You may be busy thinking about that barrenness. Someone is busy planning your fruitfulness. You may be busy thinking about your affliction. Someone is busy planning your restoration. Don't lose hope. Don't give up. It may look like the end. The situation may suggest there's no way out, there’s no hope. As a child of God, Sunday is coming.<br /><br />"And we thank Jesus Christ for that price He paid for us on the Cross of Calvary. People of God, take note of this. Jesus Christ died to free us from sin and its consequences, not to sin without consequence.
