West Brom's search for Tony Mowbray's successor is well underway - with owners Bilkul taking their time to make the right appointment.<br />Mowbray was axed on Easter Monday after a rotten run of results had seen Albion slip out of contention for a play-off spot.<br />Earlier this week, the Express & Star reported that the owners Bilkul will look to a youthful head coach as they target a fresh start with a hunger to succeed for the new campaign.<br />However, with Albion's season all but over with two games remaining, they will not rush into an appointment.<br />Jonny Drury and Lewis Cox discussed the managerial search on the latest episode of the Baggies Broadcast this week.<br />And they looked at the pressure that is now on Bilkul and owner Shilen Patel to get the appointment right - after the Mowbray situation.
