People's Alliance for Reform's (PAR) Lim Tean said that his party's proposals for free healthcare, free school meals, free education and public housing will address Singaporeans' concerns.<br /><br />Lim took part in a roundtable discussion on Sunday night (April 27), along with representatives from four other political parties - namely the People’s Action Party, Red Dot United, Progress Singapore Party, and the Workers' Party.
