Javiniar tops Tour of Luzon Stage 7 individual time trial<br /><br />Joseph Javiniar of Excellent Noodles owned the Tour of Luzon Stage 7 individual time trial Lingayen to Labrador route on Wednesday, April 30.<br /><br />Javiniar finished 17:25 to win the 15.2-kilometer distance race starting from Brgy.
