U.S. and Ukraine Sign Minerals and Reconstruction Agreement

The U.S. and Ukraine have signed an agreement to invest in Ukraine’s reconstruction after months of negotiations. It includes a draft of a minerals accord that gives the U.S. preferential access to natural resource deals.
