Exhibit in Albay honors late congressman Edcel Lagman<br /><br />Tabaco Mayor Krisel Lagman opens an exhibit featuring her father, the late congressman Edcel Lagman, at the Tabaco National High School (TNHS) on May 1, 2025, the 83rd birthday of her father dubbed the 'Superman' of the First District of Albay. The exhibit is a tribute honoring Lagman's life and legacy which will run from May 1, until June 2025 at the TNHS alumni building. 'We celebrate his principled leadership, his unwavering commitment to uplift the lives of the poor and marginalized, who fought human rights and dedicated his life for genuine service and love for Filipino people specifically to his constituents in the First District of Albay,' Mayor Lagman told The Manila Times.
