Lady Spikers down Golden Tigresses<br /><br />After settling for a bronze finish in UAAP Season 86, DLSU is now headed to the Finals after defeating UST in four sets, 25-22, 11-25, 21-25, 21-25, in the semifinals of the UAAP Season 87 women’s volleyball tournament on Saturday, May 3, at the Araneta Coliseum. <br /><br />DLSU displayed its blocking specialty after mounting 11 blocks, while UST only made two.<br /><br />Angel Canino made 19 points to lead the scoring for the Lady Spikers, while Shevana Laput and Amie Provido added 11 markers each.<br /><br />Video By Nicole Anne D.G.
