Chandigarh, May 04, 2025 (ANI): Congress General Secretary Randeep Singh Surjewala on May 04 slammed Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini over Bhakra dam water sharing row between Haryana & Punjab and said that his policies are ‘Bhatkao, Latkao aur Bargalao'. He also alleged that Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann and BJP are in this together. “Saini, it takes months and years for Supreme Court verdict. You want to complicate the Haryana water situation further. The actual responsibility lies with Union Power Minister Manoharlal Khattar and PM Modi...in the centre also it is your govt, BBMP is yours, Power Minister, PM Modi and CM all are yours (BJP). Nayab Saini's policies are ‘Bhatkao, Latkao aur Bargalao'...Bhagwant Mann and BJP are in this together...,” said Randeep Singh Surjewala.
