Kayley Abbott, 36, from Derbyshire, flew to Lithuania for eyelid surgery and a nose job ahead of her September wedding.<br /><br />Spending £4,350 on both procedures, the self-employed beautician said her “hooded eyes” had made wearing makeup difficult.<br /><br />“It sounds dramatic, but it really has changed my life,” she said. Kayley praised the care she received and shared her journey on TikTok.<br /><br />She added: “It’s not just vanity — I feel like myself again.”<br /><br />Her fiancé Simon supported her throughout the trip.
