Ed Sheeran surprised pub-goers when he took over a boozer and performed an hour-long set.<br /><br />The superstar rebranded the Thomas Wolsey pub in Ipswich, Suffolk, 'The Old Phone' - the name of his latest song - leaving fans wondering if he was going to make an appearance.<br /><br />The Shape of You singer then turned up to perform hits including Perfect and Galway Girl during the intimate gig on Sunday, May 4th.<br /><br />The British pub will keep the rebrand for two weeks before changing back.<br /><br />Grace Gonzalez, and her boyfriend, Nathan Davis, both 21, went to the pop-up event in Suffolk and said it was "the most special day ever".
