Owen Davies, 67, was left stunned after spotting a 2m porbeagle shark just meters from the coast in Aberdovey, Wales, on Sunday afternoon.<br /><br />While driving home, he noticed a crowd filming the shark circling near the old lifeboat slipway.<br /><br />Davies, a local, had never seen a shark in the area before, though he recalled spotting porpoises as a child.<br /><br />The porbeagle shark, known for inhabiting cold waters, can grow up to 12 feet long and weigh up to 600 pounds.
