The PNM's new chairman says she was elected to the post by the party's General Council at what she calls a very critical time in the PNM's transition to Opposition, as the party moves forward to its internal election for a new political leader.<br /><br />But there was no immediate word on when that will take place.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.<br />
