<br /><br />Russian BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicles have received major upgrades following increased losses caused by Ukrainian FPV (First Person View) kamikaze drones.<br /><br />On the eve of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, High-Precision Complexes, part of the state-owned Rostec, announced the delivery of a new batch of upgraded BMP-3 vehicles to the Russian army.<br /><br />The upgrade is a direct response to the high number of BMPs destroyed by Ukrainian drones, especially FPV kamikaze types that have inflicted heavy damage on Russian forces since 2023.<br /><br />Source and images: Telegram @hpweapons | @rostecru<br /><br />
