Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar says, her Energy Ministers have met with Chief Executive Officers and Heads of Energy in State enterprises, where the government's policy position was mandated. <br /><br /><br />Her Ministers were instructed following their swearing-in to office, to meet with officials in Guyana, Suriname and Grenada.
